Below is language you can use to make a bequest to support our cause. A bequest allows you to continue to use the property you will leave to us during your life and make a lasting impact on our work after you are gone.
1. Specific Bequest
If you are considering making an outright bequest to Kinnickinnic River Land Trust, we recommend the following language:

2. Percentage Bequest

5. Restricted Bequests

If you are making a restricted bequest, we recommend that your attorney include the following provision to give Kinnickinnic River Land Trust flexibility should it no longer be possible for Kinnickinnic River Land Trust to use your gift as you originally intended:
